We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.


Eligible Returns

We only accept returns for items that are received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be physically damaged at the time of delivery.
  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with the invoice.

How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@finerobo.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID, and attach clear photos or videos showing the damaged item and the packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are not damaged.
  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items used or not in original packaging.

Refund or Replacement

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will offer either a replacement or a full refund (depending on product availability).
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
