We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.
Eligible Returns
We only accept returns for items that are received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be physically damaged at the time of delivery.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with the invoice.
How to Request a Return
If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@finerobo.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Mention your Order ID, and attach clear photos or videos showing the damaged item and the packaging.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that are not damaged.
- Items reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- Items used or not in original packaging.
Refund or Replacement
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- We will offer either a replacement or a full refund (depending on product availability).
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
